    Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Saturday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    (Closed Wednesdays 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. for Staff Meetings)

    When the Help Desk is closed, you can still contact us by the following methods, and we will respond to you when we reopen:

Chat with the OIT Help Desk

The OIT Help Desk is currently closed.

We are regularly available to assist by chat Monday - Thursday between 8a and 6p, and Friday between 8a and 5p.

While classes are in session, our hours are extended from 5p to 8p Monday through Thursday, and we are also available on Sundays from 1p to 8p.

We close on Wednesdays between noon and 1:30p for a staff meeting.
